Ireland - Day 2

Its taken me a while to get back on and blog about the rest of my trip to Ireland. Here is day 2 (Sunday). I spent the day with Karen, DJ and Jacquie. We left Galway and headed out on our way to see new places. We ended up going a couple hours away to Adare. It was a cute little town. We had gone there to try and see the Adare Castle...but it was closed for the season. We still enjoyed spending some time there and looking around. I thought all the store fronts were so cute!

We ate dinner at this little place called "The Arches". It was awesome. Very nice people that owned it.

I was going to go look through this old Catholic church, when I looked up and there were all these crows starting to fly around...it totally creeped me out and I didn't go in.

All the thatched roof houses where so neat.

This was a stop we made by the Bunratty Castle and the Blarney Woollen Mills on our way to Adare. Another very nice place. Check out later pictures in the week. Monroe, Jeri and I went back to the Bunratty Castle and did a tour at the end of the week.
