So many leaves.....
We had quite the project this weekend to clean up all our leaves. We have been looking at the back yard for a couple weeks, just completely covered in leaves. I mean really, we coud no longer see grass! So Saturday we started...our goal was to blow all the leaves over to the gate then just back the truck up to the gate and haul them all away. It took several hours to just blow them all to the gate, then Sunday morning and 4 truck loads later we had them all cleaned up. I'm sure our neighbors love it too....cause I bet most of the leaves went in their yards. :)

Not everyone can relate to "a backyard covered with leaves" but I can. It took 10 pickup loads to get our cleaned up- - -I was wishing I had some of the grandkids here to play in them--I loved playing in the leaves when I was little. It's a good job to have done. We got a leaf blower this year which helped to make the job a little easier. That's the price you pay to enjoy the shade all summer!
watch out!! There is dog poop hiding under all those leaves :)
