Halloween Weekend

We had a Halloween party to go to this weekend, but decided to go out to dinner first. It was Tiffany, Bob, Mindy, Jeff, Jason and Me. It was lots of fun spending time as couples together. Mindy, Tiff and Me....of course the boys never want to take pictures!

Before we went out, we dropped off the kids at grandmas house....they had a trunk or treat that they were going to, so here is Ryan (Bridger's cousin) and Bridger all dressed up!

Home Alone

Me and the boys were home for a long weekend alone, Jason has still been hunting. As the weekend went on I started taking random pictures of the boys playing.
We were really excited to wake up to snow on Sunday morning, so me and Bridger went out to make a snowman. Bridger got mad and said it wasn't a real snowman because we didn't use buttons for eyes and a carrot for its nose (man....you can't get anything past the kids)

Here's the deal with the dogs, we used to let them sleep in the house...until one of them had an accident in Bridgers room one night, but I guess I gave in a little this weekend when Jas wasn't home, and I felt bad that it was cold outside. So we laid down some blankets in his room and let them sleep in there. Briger could hardly fall asleep cause he was excited.
Whats there to say about Logan? What a character! I just always think he is so funny! He loves dressing up in whatever he can....here he has a little robe on as well as a hat (a little small). He also likes wearing belts....or really whatever he can find.

Pumpkin Picking!

On our way home from physical therapy this morning we drove past this pumpkin patch so we decided to let the kids pick some pumpkins. They thought it was pretty cool. Logan kept talking about the pumpkin patch, and when we left he said, "bye, pumpkin patch".

Thank Goodness for Moms!

My mom came down to help me and my family out this week cause I was having another surgery on my knee. I just can't say enough about how great my mom is. She is the perfect mom (I think so anyway). I can't even explain how talented she is. Just since she has been here she has helped with so much stuff, she helped me clean up the flower beds (I haven't been able to get down and kneel down and weed), she has fixed awesome dinners everyday, she baked bread, cookies, cinnamon rolls, I could go on and on. Here is mom and Bridger working on frosting the sugar cookies. That's another thing that I love....she loves to involve the kids in what she is doing, trying to teach them and let them experience things.
Of course Bridger loves when grandma comes to visit....whats not to love right?
I really just have to give my mom props....I think she is the best. She actually took me to surgery this time as well as drove me to physical therapy each day! I don't know what I would to without her! Love you mom!

THE BEST WEDDING PHOTOS EVER!

Kristi called me all excited cause the photographer had told her yesterday that her pictures were ready. She went to pick them up and couldn't have been happier about them....and after you look at them you can see why!!! SO CUTE!!!

I keep getting more and more pictures from Kristi's wedding and I just can't help but post them on the blog. I just thought this one with Kristi and my dad was precious. At the wedding, I didn't even feel like I was going to cry or anything, until I saw my dad walking Kristi down the isle.....it was awesome...they both looked great!

It's always a good time!

When the girls get together for a night out.....we can always count on a good time. Lots of laughing and good conversation! We went to dinner at out favorite Chinese restaurant (Ocean City) then went over to Maggie MaGee's....of course a karaoke bar. It was lots of fun!

My mom sent me these pictures that she took from the weeding last weekend. I thought the pictures of the boys were really cute. It is fun trying to get them both to behave for a picture....this is about the best it gets!

Fun Run

This morning at school Bridger had a 1/2 mile "Fun Run". I just think these little things are so fun. Bridger was so excited all week cause he knew all week that he got to run today. He ran the whole way and did really good!

Seriously.....

....what's next? Here is my new knee brace! I have to wear it at night to bed....first off, try sleeping with that thing on...it's not fun. What it does is it holds my leg bent and puts tension on it so it stays pulling on my knee all night long. At this point I am really willing to try anything. I have been faithfully going to physical therapy, but I am only making a little progress each week. Let me just say...physical therapy is not fun at all....it hurts so bad everytime I go. The therapist pulls down on my leg everyday trying to get my range of motion back. Today was one of the first days that I cried because of the pain. I have cried lots out of pure frustration, but to actually cry from the pain wasn't much fun. I can extend my leg all the way straight, but I am only able to bend it to 110 degrees. I need to be able to bend it to 140 degrees, so I still have a way to go.
Anyway, just thought I would share my newest adventure with getting my knee better.

Okay....so this was funny the whole weekend, Janet wouldn't stop flirting with all the groomsmen. This was Jordan, and as you can see, I even got a picture of it to prove it. At one point we had to separate her and Joel cause they weren't paying attention...the were just flirting. (Really I think, "good for her" but I just have to give her crap) You go girl!!!

More Wedding Pictures

Here are more pictures from this weekend. I am still waiting for the fun pictures that we took after the wedding but Janet is sending those to me. I will post them as soon as I have them. These are just random pictures.....fun, fun!Kristi and Beau cutting the cake. I loved their cake...notice it was chocolate brown, I thought that was fun and different.
Here is Bridger and Carson. After the wedding we didn't know where they were, then someone found them running through the sprinklers out behind the barn. Although I wasn't happy about Bridger getting dirty and wet, we still had to capture the moment. Little boys are just funny, they are always getting into things.
Here is the head table, and my dad giving his "father of the bride" speech. I have to say (and anyone that knows my dad won't be suprised) but he was so funny and cute. Just to give you all an idea, he quoted lines from two of his favorite movies, Farris Bullers Day Off and Bill and Ted's Awesome Adventure. Who quotes lines from those movies??? My dad.....thats who! It was really cute though for sure! Gotta love pops!
Rylee and Baylee learned this wedding dance...it was a suprise for Kristi and they did such a great job. I think that Lani mentioned this on her blog, but I feel the same, Rylee can just move so gracefully, she plays football but can also dance and move like you can't believe. It was a great little touch, good job girls!

Here are the groomsmen and brides maids.....we all had a good time. I have to say that Beau has some fun friends. They were a little hard to control at times (He! He!) but they were fun. I think that my mom and dad were a little worried when they were all out behind the barn tappin' a keg before the wedding even began. Also, Beau gave them all a flask as a gift and you can be sure that they all had them with them in their suit pocket. Don't worry, they were the ones that were making the party by the end of the night when they were all tanked and dancing....it was a good time!

Wedding Weekend

My sister Krisit got married this weekend in Sun Valley, Idaho. The wedding was actually held at my uncles ranch. It was the perfect location, perfect weather....perfect everything.
